Duration: 7 hours. NOTE: The course should be done over 2 days when delegates would need time to learn typing and using the mouse.
Target Group: This course is intended for delegates who have NO computer background. This would be the first step for delegates who would like to be assessed for a computer qualification or delegates who wish to obtain Microsoft Office Specialist certification.
Prerequisites: The delegate must be able to read and write and communicate in English.
Method of training: Instructor led, hands-on exercises using a computer. Groups not more than 12 delegates.
